1 pound Italian Pork Sausage<br />
1 Medium Onion Chopped<br />
1 Clove Garlic<br />
6 Cups Chicken Broth<br />
3 Cups Bow Tie Pasta<br />
1 15oz. Can Tomato Sauce<br />
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce<br />
1 Teaspoon dried Basil<br />
1 Teaspoon dried Thyme</p>
<p>1. Combine sausage, onion and garlic in large pot, cook until sausage is brown while breaking up the sausage with a wooden spoon.<br />
2. Drain off sausage.<br />
3. Stir in chicken broth, uncooked pasta, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, basil and thyme.<br />
4. Bring to boil, reduce heat simmer 20 minutes uncovered, stir occasionally.</p>

1 Table Spoon Parsley<br />
Salt and Pepper</p>
<p><strong>Directions</strong><br />
1. Brown ground chicken with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Preheat oven 425.<br />
2. Add chopped garlic, onion and salt pepper to browning chicken.<br />
3. After 5 minutes of cooking add parsley, red pepper flakes, oregano and tomato sauce.<br />
4. Top pizza dough with meat sauce and cheeses.<br />
5. Bake pizza until golden and bubbly, about 15 minutes.<br />
6. Top pizza with basil.</p>
