Ingredients
1 Envelope Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix
4 Cups Hot Mashed Potatoes
1 Cup Shredded Cheese
1 Egg slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven 375F.
2. In lightly greased casserole, thoroughly combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of cheese.
3. Bake 40 minutes.
4. Top with remaining cheese and bake additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
