This old fart loves pineapple. Pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, dried pineapple, baked pineapple on ham, even pineapple on pizza. I love it. One thing I have never had is freshly cut pineapple. The local grocery store had pineapples on sale this past week so I picked one up.

Not knowing the proper way to cut one up I turned to youtube. I found this video on youtube, instructions on carving up a pineapple.

That worked great for me and my pineapple tasted great. Cutting up my own pineapple I believe will become the norm in this old fart's house.
